Claude Code power, without the terminal
Coding agents like Claude Code can change a real website in minutes, but they expect a terminal, a local setup and git. MakeThemCode gives you the same kind of agent as a chat, next to a live preview of your site.
$1.00 of free credit on every new project. No subscription.
Why non-developers get stuck with coding agents
The setup
Installing Node, cloning a repository, running the app locally and keeping it running is a developer job before the first prompt.
The terminal and the diffs
The agent answers in a terminal and shows code changes. You want to see the page, not read a diff.
Git and deployment
Branches, commits and pull requests are how changes reach production. Getting them wrong is how sites break.
How does it work?
No install, no terminal. Everything in your browser, on your phone, laptop, tablet.
- 1
Your developer, or anyone with GitHub access
Connect the codebase
Pick the GitHub repository of the project.
- 2
The project owner
Invite your team
Add collaborators by email and choose what each of them can do.
- 3
Your team
Chat, check, submit
Ask for a change in the chat, check it in a live preview of the real app, and submit it when it looks right.
The same kind of agent, built for the people asking for changes
Your developer connects the repository once. After that, you only use a chat and a preview.
A chat and your running app
You describe the change in plain English. The agent edits the code in a cloud copy of your app and you see the result in the live preview.
Your developer keeps control
They choose which files can be changed, which ones need a review and which ones are off limits. Your changes are commits on a branch, merged or sent as a pull request.
From any browser, including your phone
There is nothing to install. A session started on your phone can be finished on your computer.
Questions
- Is it Claude Code?
- No. MakeThemCode runs an open source coding agent (opencode) with Anthropic's Claude models, in a cloud sandbox that runs your app. The experience is a chat instead of a terminal.
- Do I need a GitHub account?
- No. Someone with access to the repository connects it once, then invites you by email.
- What does it cost?
- You pay for the tokens the assistant uses, with no subscription. Every new project starts with $1.00 of credit, and the pricing page shows estimates per type of change.
Pay per request, with spending limits per project and per member. Developers keep control of the repository.
Try it on your own website.
Ask your developer to connect the repository, or do it yourself if you have GitHub access.
